On Sunday, Margo and I flew to Santa Barbara to visit Anne, Larry's sister. We have toured the upper hills above Monticito where last year 250 homes were destroyed. These homes have the most spectacular view of the ocean. I'm certain that most all of the owners will rebuild as they are in such prime locations.
